Prior to joining Innospark in 2019, Mark served as Senior Special Assistant and Personal Aide to Governor Charlie Baker. Mark began his career working in fixed income and equity research at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on municipal credit and short-term equity strategies.

Mark received a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was a Charles A. Dana Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. His interest in artificial intelligence developed during his time with the Baker Administration, witnessing firsthand its impacts on Boston’s healthcare system. He is excited to explore how else AI can further enhance the networks and infrastructures of his home city.

Outside of work, Mark balances his interests in technology with a love of reading, country music, and college football. Mark lives with his wife (Kaila), son (Jackson), and daughter (Rowan) in West Roxbury.
